Invitation only

You need an invitation to use the service. Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you. The studio can switch your access off at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for the work it is made for.
• Do not try to see projects or people you have not been given access to.
• Do not probe, attack, overload or copy the service.
• Do not post or link to anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you have no right to share.
• Do not put passwords or card numbers in comments or notes.

What you post

What you post stays yours. You allow the studio and the people on a project to see it, as the service is built to do. Make sure you have the right to share what you post, including other people’s contact details.

Links to other sites

Finished work and drafts are shared as links to other services, such as video review and file hosting sites. We do not host those files and we do not control those sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and a link can stop working. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.

Quotes, prices and invoices

These are records between you and the studio. The service does not take payments.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always work, be free of errors or be safe from every attack. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost work or indirect losses that come from using it.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop the service, or change these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes too, and using the service after that means you accept them. You can stop using the service at any time.
